We would like to inform you that we are also there for you between the holidays and will pack packages as usual. Partial collection by parcel services: only on December 27th and 30th, 2024. Regular shipping will start again from January 2nd, 2025.

We would like to kindly inform you that we are unfortunately unable to process individual requests for lots or LOTs. Since our warehouses are located at three different locations in Germany, we unfortunately do not have the personnel capacity to specifically select specific lots for individual requests.
In the past, we have tried to offer this service and set aside extra stock for customers. Unfortunately, we have found that a significant proportion of enquiries have not resulted in a purchase, which has tied up a lot of additional time and resources for us.
In order to continue to guarantee a smooth service for all our customers, we have therefore decided to no longer process inquiries about specific lots. We hope you understand this decision.
When ordering, we generally send all balls from one and the same batch. If this is not possible, we will contact the customer in advance. To speed things up, we ask that you provide your telephone number when checking out.
We always try to answer our customers' questions as quickly as possible, which is why our customer service is staffed by one person on weekends and public holidays. This does not apply to the Christmas holidays. We are happy to answer all questions by email at: info@wunderbar-mhl.de

You can cancel an order by sending an email to info@wunderbar-mhl.de up until 9 p.m. on the day you place the order. After that, our processes are fully automated, so they can no longer be stopped. If you place your order after 9 p.m., the cancellation period will run until 9 p.m. the next day.
It often happens that the address details entered during checkout are incomplete, often due to the use of autofill functions. In order to be able to ship your order quickly, it would be easiest if we could contact you briefly by phone.
We always do our best to pack your order as quickly as possible. This usually takes 1-2 working days. We then hand your package over to DHL, who have a delivery time of around 2-4 working days within Germany. Please note that there may be a small additional day of processing time around public holidays, as our warehouse is particularly busy during this time. For delivery times to other countries, you can find all the important information under the Shipping and Delivery section or in the footer of our homepage.
If you have a problem with your order, you can complain about the goods up to 6 months after purchase. Please send us an email to info@wunderbar-mhl.de with a brief description of the problem, your order number and clear pictures of the affected items. We will review your complaint and usually forward it to the manufacturer so that we can find a suitable solution together.
