You can cancel an order by sending an email to info@wunderbar-mhl.de up until 9 p.m. on the day you placed the order. After that, our processes are fully automated, so they can no longer be stopped. If you placed your order after 9 p.m., the cancellation period will run until 9 p.m. the next day.

It often happens that the address details entered during checkout are incomplete, often due to the use of autofill functions. In order to be able to ship your order quickly, it would be easiest if we could contact you briefly by phone.

We always do our best to pack your order as quickly as possible. This usually takes 1-2 working days. We then hand your package over to DHL, who have a delivery time of around 2-4 working days within Germany. Please note that there may be a small additional day of processing time around public holidays, as our warehouse is particularly busy during this time. For delivery times to other countries, you can find all the important information under the Shipping and Delivery section or in the footer of our homepage.

If you have a problem with your order, you can complain about the goods up to 6 months after purchase. Please send us an email to info@wunderbar-mhl.de with a brief description of the problem, your order number and clear pictures of the affected items. We will review your complaint and usually forward it to the manufacturer so that we can find a suitable solution together.
