In the following we present our General Terms and Conditions, which we use as a basis for the processing and handling of your purchase.
Scope
These terms and conditions ("GTC") apply to the contracts concluded between you and us, the company WUNDERBAR! wollig & kreativ, owner Jana Burkhardt, Untermarkt 12, 99974 Mühlhausen / Thüringen, among others, via the online shop wunderbar-wolle.de.

On the website wunderbar-wolle.de the essential characteristics of the product are listed, for more information or if you have any questions about the information, you can send an e-mail to info@wunderbar-wolle.de.
Prices and shipping costs
(1) All prices are daily prices and only valid on the day of the order. Prices are changed continuously - and often from day to day. Provided wunderbar-wolle.de accepts the order, the person buying will receive an invoice for the purchase price valid on the day of the order. All prices are quoted inclusive of statutory value added tax (VAT).
(2) All prices are exclusive of the respective shipping costs.
Digital products (e-goods) do not require physical shipping and are delivered to customers online - the buyer receives an email notification with a link to download the purchased item. The download is possible free of charge 1x within 4 weeks, calculated from the date of purchase.
(3) For deliveries to Switzerland, Swiss customs charges a customs fee for a total value of CHF 65 or more. This customs fee must be paid by the recipient and is charged by Swiss Post. Should an order be divided into several packages due to its weight or volume, a flat-rate customs fee will be charged for each of the partial packages.
Order and purchase contract
The presentation of the goods and services in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the button "Buy now" or "Buy with costs" in the last step of the ordering process, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods displayed in the order overview.
Immediately after sending the order, you will receive an order confirmation, which, however, does not constitute an acceptance of your contractual offer. The contract is only concluded by acceptance of the offer, which can be declared within five working days of receipt of your order by an e-mail in which we confirm the execution of the order (order confirmation) or by confirmation of the dispatch of the goods (dispatch confirmation). If we do not issue a declaration of acceptance within this period, your order has not been accepted and no contract is concluded.
We reserve the right not to accept offers, in particular in the event that the ordered goods are not available. In this case, a contract will not be concluded. We will inform you in such a case and refund any consideration already received.
The contract shall be concluded in German.
Together with the order or dispatch confirmation sent to you by e-mail or in a separate e-mail, but at the latest upon delivery of the goods, we will send you the text of the contract (consisting of the order, GTC and order confirmation) on a permanent data carrier (e-mail or paper printout) (contract confirmation). The text of the contract will be stored by us in compliance with data protection laws. We recommend that you also keep the documents, as they are subsequently no longer accessible on our website.
Payment
(1) The purchase price is due immediately with the order Payment can be made either via PayPal, Klarna or by credit card. We use the "SSL" transmission method to encrypt your personal data.
(2) Invoices and credit notes are sent exclusively by e-mail in electronic form.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made. If you are in default of payment for more than ten (10) days, we have the right to withdraw from the contract and reclaim the goods.
Warranty and guarantee
(1) Insofar as the goods purchased and delivered in our online shop are defective, you are entitled within the framework of the statutory provisions to demand subsequent performance, to withdraw from the contract or to reduce the purchase price.
(2) The limitation period for warranty claims for the delivered goods is two years from receipt of the goods. Claims due to defects that we have fraudulently concealed become time-barred within the regular limitation period.
(3) wunderbar-wolle.de does not give any independent guarantees on the ordered goods and the buyer is only entitled to the guarantees that the manufacturer gives to the buyer.
Limitation of liability
(1) We are liable for intent and gross negligence. Furthermore, we shall be liable for the negligent breach of obligations the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper performance of the contract, the breach of which jeopardises the achievement of the purpose of the contract and the observance of which you as the customer may regularly rely on. In the latter case, however, we shall only be liable for the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. We shall not be liable for the slightly negligent breach of obligations other than those specified in the above sentences.
(2) The above exclusions of liability do not apply in the event of injury to life, limb or health. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods if you have your habitual residence in Germany or your habitual residence is in a state that is not a member of the European Union. In the event that you have your habitual residence in a member state of the European Union, the applicability of German law shall also apply, whereby mandatory provisions of the state in which you have your habitual residence shall remain unaffected.
Right of return
After the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you the following voluntary right of return. During the statutory withdrawal period, only the statutory rules apply and your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected by the voluntary right of return.
If, contrary to expectations, you are not satisfied with the goods, you can return products together with the delivery note within 4 weeks from the date of purchase and we will then refund the full purchase price. Please contact our customer service in advance before returning any goods, otherwise it may take longer to process the returns. Do not return your order without prior arrangement, otherwise the order will not be cancelled and the invoice will remain valid. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. You must provide adequate shipping packaging.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. The return is free of charge provided you have contacted us in advance, the return has been confirmed by us and the DHL returns label provided by us is used. Goods returned freight collect or cash on delivery, or which do not bear the DHL label made available by us, will be refused.
This right of return does not apply to used goods (e.g.: started balls of wool, used crochet hooks or similar) . You may open and inspect the goods, but the goods and packaging must be in such a condition that the goods can still be sold when they are returned.
The statutory right of withdrawal (https://wunderbar-wolle.de/widerrufsbelehrung) and the statutory claims for defects remain unaffected by this right of return.
To exercise the right of return, you must inform us at WUNDERBAR! wollig & kreativ, Untermarkt 12, 99974 Mühlhausen or by e-mail info@wunderbar-wolle.de or by telephone +49 3601 8713111 by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, e-mail or telephone call) of your decision to revoke this contract.
Final Provisions / Notes
(1) We would like to point out that, in addition to the ordinary legal process, you also have the option of settling disputes out of court in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013. (2) We are not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board and unfortunately cannot offer you participation
(3) You can identify any input errors when placing your order during the final confirmation before checkout and correct them at any time using the delete and change functions before sending the order. As part of the ordering process, you first place the desired goods or services in the shopping basket. There you can change the desired number of items at any time or remove selected goods or services completely. If you have placed goods or services in the shopping basket, you will be taken to the order process page by clicking on the "Go to shopping basket" button. Here you will find a clear list of all the steps you need to take to complete your purchase. Point 1 shows the contents of your shopping basket, followed by point 2, where the possible shipping methods are shown. You can then select your preferred payment method. Depending on the selected payment method, you can either enter your data directly into the Klarna form integrated on our website, or you will be redirected to a secure PayPal or credit card page where you can complete your order.
You can correct any input errors (e.g. in address data or the desired quantity) by either clicking in the respective field to be edited or by clicking the "Plus" or "Minus" button next to the quantity.
If you wish to cancel the ordering process completely, you can simply close your browser window. Otherwise, after clicking the confirmation button "Buy now" or "Buy with costs" your declaration becomes binding.
(4) The text of the contract is not stored by us. You can therefore not log in later and view or change the status.
