The top is knitted from top to bottom with TYNN LINE.

The work begins with the back piece, for which stitches are first cast on. This is worked back and forth to form a gentle shoulder slope. The work then continues up to the shoulder.

Next, stitches are cast on along both shoulders for the left and right front pieces. Additional stitches are cast on between the front pieces, and the entire front piece is worked in back and forth rows up to the sleeves.

Once the front and back pieces have reached the same length, they are closed in the round and the body is knitted in the round until the desired total length is reached.

For the sleeves, stitches are cast on around the armholes. These are worked in the round and finished with a slightly larger needle to achieve a loose fit.

Finally, the neck panel is worked.
